Orders placed using a promotional code that grants a discount on the order (excluding our 10% Welcome Offer) are eligible for credit or exchange only;
SWIMMER
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear. The hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable;

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return them within the return period.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of returned items is the customer's responsibility. GutSparDeal.com is not responsible for any missing incoming returns. We recommend returning your items via registered or trackable mail, as return packages are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at GutSparDeal.com.
